退换货政策Return and exchange policy

1. Perishable Products / 易腐食品
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
因食品属于易腐商品，一经售出，恕不退换。

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items / 损坏或错误订单
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number if your items are damaged or incorrect.
如您收到的商品有破损或错误，请在收到商品后24小时内附上照片及订单号联系我们。

3. Refund Method / 退款方式
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
经审核同意后，我们将在5–7个工作日内将退款原路退回。
