1. Shipping Area / 配送范围
We currently ship to addresses within California and select nearby states. No international shipping is available.

2. Order Cut-Off & Processing / 发货时间与处理
Orders placed before 2 PM PST (Mon–Fri) will ship the next business day.
每周一至周五下午2点（太平洋时间）前下单的订单将在下一个工作日发货。

3. Cold-Chain Delivery / 冷链配送说明
Products are packed with insulated liners and ice packs to ensure freshness during transit.
所有食品均采用保温层与冰袋打包，确保运输期间的新鲜与安全。

4. Delays & Liability / 延误与责任
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect shipping information provided by customers.
由于快递公司原因或客户提供错误地址导致的延误，我们不承担相关责任。
